FULLY AUTOMATIC GROUND TRAC®
With Automatic Ground Balancing, the Fast Tracker is ready for maximum performance at all times. The Fast Tracker remains silent until metal is detected.
SENSITIVITY LEVEL CONTROL
The Sensitivity Control lets you adjust the depth at which the Fast Tracker will respond.
TONE DISCRIMINATION
Tones are emitted to help determine the different types of metal targeted. Depending on the level of Discrimination adjustment, a low tone is emitted when detecting nickels and gold rings while a high tone is emitted for silver, copper, and larger coins. A “broken” tone indicates pull-tabs and trashy targets.
DISCRIMINATION CONTROL
The Discrimination Control allows the user to adjust the level of trash rejection. It is possible to set the Discriminate level so that nickels have a low tone, larger coins have a high tone and pull-tabs have an in-between "broken" tone, making them recognizable through the Audio Target Identification System.
INTERNAL SPEAKER or EXTERNAL HEADPHONE SYSTEM
The Internal Speaker System emits sounds when objects are detected. It has a headphone jack to allow the use of headphones for silent detection in crowded areas as well as blocking external sounds (Beach). Headphones also extend battery life.
SEARCHCOIL
It comes with a 7˝" Waterproof searchcoil which can be easily detached and replaced with smaller or larger searchcoil.
